Digital Services Act contact point
Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act) requires us to publish a single electronic point of contact for authorities and one for users, and to say which languages we accept.
Point of contact for authorities (Article 12)
Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can reach us directly and electronically at this address:
time2help@ocr2edit.comPoint of contact for users (Article 11)
Users of the service can reach a human being directly at the same address. It is not an automated-only channel: mail sent to it is read by our support team, not answered by a bot.
time2help@ocr2edit.comLanguages we accept
We accept and answer communications at both contact points in English and in German. German is the official language of the Member State of our main establishment; English is offered in addition. Our terms and conditions were issued first in German.
How these addresses are monitored
Both addresses are delivered to our support desk, which reads them on business days. They are the same address our support team already answers, so nothing here depends on a new mailbox being set up. We do not publish a response-time guarantee we have not measured; urgent matters involving a threat to the life or safety of a person should say so in the subject line, because those are escalated on receipt.
Report illegal content (Article 16)
Anyone can report content they consider illegal. You do not need an account and you do not need to sign in. If you give us an email address we will confirm that we received your report, and we will tell you what we decided about it.
If we restrict something you published (Article 17)
If we remove, disable, demote or suspend something you published, we send you a statement of reasons. It says what we restricted, where the restriction applies, the facts we relied on, whether automated means were used, the legal or contractual ground, and how you can challenge it. You receive it in your account inbox and by email, and it stays retrievable under its reference even if you close your account.
